We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs
- $4.99 per order, wherever in the US it is going
- Free on orders of $75 or more
How long it takes
Every item is printed after you order it. We check each personalized order before it goes to print, which can add up to one business day. Then:

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. In late November and December, printing and delivery can take longer than usual.
Christmas order-by dates
For delivery by December 24 with standard shipping, order by:
- Stockings and tree skirts: December 7
- Everything else: December 9
Tracking
You get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. If you order different items, they may come from different print partners in separate boxes, each with its own tracking link.
Wrong address
Please check the address at checkout. Write to us right away if it is wrong; we can change it until the order goes to print. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we can send it again for the cost of shipping.
Late or missing parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or it says delivered and you cannot find it, email us at hollowayandco.hq@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a new one at no cost.
